Calallen Wildcats fall to the district-leading Flour Bluff Hornets 42-40. It was a closer game this time around, perhaps the Wildcats should have won, as they were leading by seven with less than 5 minutes. The Hornets, no doubt, have a great pressure court defense, and in the final 4 minutes, Calallen misfired on 3 inbound passes and let Flour Bluff back into the game. The game was well played by both teams. Will Paul appears to be fully healed from an earlier shoulder injury, as he was top scorer for the Wildcats with 20 points. Alex Horne is just one super player for the Hornet, and he led all scorers in the game with 23 points. A third game is a possibility in the playoffs, You know the saying: Third time around is a charm.

Again Will Paul drives and lays it up for two, while the Hornets look in awe.

#31 Keegan Ferguson and his Mom, and his grandparents, they came from out of state for the visit.

Keegan and Hannah, Keegan finished with 8 point tonight, which 2 were 3-point goals. In some close plays, the breaks did not go his way.
