The Lady Wildcats,again, show Gregory-Portland, who the real Wildcats are. The Wildcats displayed an awesome offense and defense on their way to an overtime Victory. Coach Barker said it best -- Gregory-Portland came to play for a play-off spot. The Calallen Lady Wildcats were already in it.

The Calallen Lady Wildcats finished the 2006, District 31-4A undefeated. Congratulations Fightin' Lady Wildcats. Outstanding Coaching by Coach Beverly Barker, and outstanding "Positive Mental Attitude" Playing by the Lady Wildcats.

Top Gun: Lady Wildcat Amanda Haven, Sophomore, #15, 5-8, and fired 20 Points in the game, 12 in the 2nd half and 8 more in overtime to dump the LadyCats who were in desperation, and trying to get the last play-off spot, which, incidentally went to the Flour Bluff Hornets.
