Calallen Lady Wildcats had a bad night, shooting was down, defense was pretty good, and kept the State ranked #14 Plugerville-Connally Lady Cougars to 45 points, while the Lady Wildcats hit for 36 points. The Lady Wildcats undefeated in district 31-4A did their best. And as Coach Barker mentioned "This has been one of the best groups that I've ever coached," Barker said. "I've really enjoyed coaching these girls this season. Yes, I have to admit the senior provided the leadership and they are going to be missed. Kayla Naylor, Brenna Smith, Shannon Brook and Lindsay Steichen. Lady you were awesome from the start of the season to the very end. Best of luck in all your future endeavors. .
