The young Sophomore was definitely in a pitching duel with Casey, both were just superb in finding the locations, and corners on that home plate. This game was going to be decided on who lasts without getting tired. Well youth outlasted the senior pitcher. |
A grounder back to the pitcher's mound, Duke to Jacob for the 3rd out. |
The game was strictly defense. Each side would leave runners on, and each side kept the opposing side from scoring. |
And then, Coach Chapman had #10 Steven Viduarri step up to the plate in the bottom of the 8th Inning. And Viduarri was the first out of the inning. And as explained in the beginning of this page, Vest and Duke wrapped the game up, and we all went home happy. |
