Senior Ryan Duke earns his third win and one loss, and leads Calallen to a 6-2 victory over the McAllen High Bulldogs. Ryan Duke also belted his first home run in the fifth inning to put the Wildcats ahead 3-2.

Senior Ryan Duke battled Bulldog pitcher Will Metlach. Ryan Duke drilled a home run in the 5th inning to stop the pitching duel, and put the Wildcats ahead for good.

The long stretch -- David DeLeon stretches as far as he can to grab the baseball and in time for the out. Wow, that was close.

Pitcher Ryan Duke with this fast ball strikes the Bulldog out. Ryan had the dogs "Sit!" twelve times. Yep, they return to their dawg-out and sat.

The Oklahoma-bound kid clouts the home-run and almost hit the "State 2000 Sign" in right-center field. Ryan definitely helped his own cause.

And the game comes to an end. A good game by both teams. MCAllen High is a good team, they won their own McAllen Baseball Tournament at the start of the season.
