The Robstown Cotton-Pickers edge the Calallen Wildcat in a good baseball game 4-3. There was good pitching on both sides. This is the 2nd stright district game that the Calallen Wildcats have lost.

Paul Flores only hitter in the 2nd inning.	Paul's courtesy runner on first. Wildcats could not bring him in.
#30 Kristian Bueno swings and misses to end the 2nd inning. Robstown leading 1-0.	#22 Picker is out, they lead 1-0.
#17 Ryan Duke is back, he was missed in the Alice game. Here he fires a strike.	Wildcats 3 up, 3 down.
#4 is thrown out at first by the catcher Paul Flores.	Just another strike-out, by the pitcher, junior Ryan Duke.
Ryan Duke gives the ball a ride for an out.	#10 Steven Vidaurri draws a walk, and jogs over to First.
Ryan Duke had 15 strike outs. #8 Red, is one of them.	Catcher drops the ball, Paul picks it up and fire to first -- In time!
#3 Matt Flores slams it over the fence, and Robstown has a 2 - 0 lead.	The opponent are happy.
In the 5th, Kris Guerrero comes in as a pinch hitter, and he drills the ball for a single.	There's Kris at first, but the Wildcat, again, could bring him in.
#24 strikes out.	6th Inning, #10 Steven Vidaurri jogs to first after earning the walk.
The Wildcats have the bases loaded. Wes on 3rd, Ryan on second, and Steven on first.	Sean patiently waits as 4 ball zoom by. He draws the Walk.
but, before the walk, one ball was a Wild pitch and #2 Wes Callihan sprints home for the score...,	Wes beats the throw, and scores! 4-3 Robstown.

and Ryan Duke comes high-stepping to score. and tie the game at 2 runs each.	At bat, Paul Flores waits.

Close game, 2-2 after 6 inning.	Ryan Duke starts the eight inning.
#15 Red goes down swinging.
Robstown score twice and takes the lead again, 4-2.	#8 Robert Cox swings and misses for the first out in the 7th inning.
#21 David DeLeon strikes out in the 7 inning. Score is now 2-2.
Jeramie Marek on first on his single.	#2 Wes Callihan up to the plate, takes 3 strikes and Marek is left on base.
There is Nicki, 3rd base player on the Girls softball team, they won 1-0 in 9 innings.
Strike 3, and Paul goes over to chat with Ryan.	In the stroller is Paul Flores's little brother.
Strike Three! Yells the Umpire.	#21 strikes out, and returns to his dugout.
The final inning, scoreboard shows 4-2 Robstown.	Ryan Duke drills a base hit.

Bases loaded, 3rd Ryan Duke, 2nd Steven Vidaurri, and 1st Sean Hoelscher.	Wild Pitch! Ryan scoots on home for a score. 4-3 Pickers.
Base loaded again as Paul Flores draw a Walk.	#4 Justin Voorhees belts a long fly ball for a long out.
#4 Justin runs for first, hoping the infielder might just drop the ball -- Nope!	Shane the last hope and with bases loaded. He hits it to the outfield where it is caught for the final out and the ballgame.
4-3 Robstown is the score, and now the traditional handshake.	The Calallen Teens enjoyed the thriller. The game,definitely could have gone either way.
