Calallen Wildcats pick Cotton Pickers apart, 6-4. The Wildcats were led to victory by three pitchers: Starter, Sean Hoelscher, Winning pitcher, Brandon Key, and save pitcher Ryan Duke. A hard earned win, and Wildcats awarded the bye, and Wildcats in 2005 baseball season are 2-1 against the Picky Pickers.

Two important assets to the Baseball Team: Student Coach Joe Luis Lopez, and Freshmen Coach Mike Watson. Coach Lopez is contributing some good knowledge, and will someday be a fine coach. Coach Watson is on his way, In middle school, his team won district a couple of year back, and in 2005 won Freshmen District -- Undefeated with a 7-0 record. Outstanding.
