Calallen Wildcats pick Cotton Pickers apart, 6-4. The Wildcats were led to victory by three pitchers: Starter, Sean Hoelscher, Winning pitcher, Brandon Key, and save pitcher Ryan Duke. A hard earned win, and Wildcats awarded the bye, and Wildcats in 2005 baseball season are 2-1 against the Picky Pickers.

#8 Brandon Key on the Mound against the Robstown Cotton Pickers. Brandon was on target as he struck out his first three batters, and went on to strike five more batter and win the game 6-4. Brandon Key goes to 3-0 for the season.

#17 Ryan Duke came in to save the game in the 7th inning, First time, ever in the big Park, little tense, but he got the job done.
A real good de-briefing by Coach Steve "State Champ" Chapman which included a few praises for the District Champions.	The Scoreboard stops at 7:44 pm. However, it was after 9 pm when the mighty, and the pride and joy of South Texas ended the game with a 6-4 victory over the town to the South of Calallen. 6-4.
Yeah you guys are bad. Congratulations in winning the Bye all the way to Area. Two important assets to the Baseball Team: Student Coach Joe Luis Lopez, and Freshmen Coach Mike Watson. Coach Lopez is contributing some good knowledge, and will someday be a fine coach. Coach Watson is on his way, In middle school, his team won district a couple of year back, and in 2005 won Freshmen District -- Undefeated with a 7-0 record. Outstanding.	Jonathan Vest and junior Denna Poncik, Jonathan Vest an outstanding athlete in football, track and baseball, and his friend Deena ran track and was a State Qualifer in the Girls Weight Lifting Team.
#13 Randy Houghton has been very effective down the stretch to winning District, and his family has been behind him all the way, however, where is the handsome young, young man that you had the other day?	Meet the Miller Family, Ryan is another athlete good in football and golf. He was in the top ten in the Individual top scores at the Regional Golf Meet in San Antonio, Mission Del Lago Golf Course.

From a distance, like the parking lot, I could see Wildcats 3-2 over Robstown.	Mr. and Mrs. Gil Vest are here and cheering for the fightin' Wildcats.

Jacob Kaup, no longer at third as he scores, known as getting some insurance runs. One never knows what the Pickers are up to in their bottom of the 7th inning. Wildcats 5-2.
The Youngster, #2 Wes Callihan of the fightin'Wildcats.	Caroline Dietze and friend, how about Caroline and Calallen's Softball Team, Angela Hook fired a no-hitter, and Lady Wildcat down Mission Vets Memorial 11-0. MVM Boys baseball can expect same conclusion when they meet the Robstown Cotton Pickers next Friday and Saturday, they are playing 2-3 in the bi-district. Caroline and Softball team are playing Floresville at Beeville on Thursday.

and at 7:44 pm, the Wildcats have scored 3 insurance runs. The Mighty lead 6-2.	Nice catch at right Field, it is not Brandon because Brandon is pitching.
The Wildcats lose a call, Look like a strike, the Picker made a half-swing, and Luke tagged him, and the umpire call a ball. That's baseball, full of excitements!	Ryan Duke is now pitching, good strike-pitch.
The Wildcats Win! Strike Three! The Wildcats Win!	Two good teams, Wildcats and Pickers, They are good enough, to meet for the fourth time in the playoffs.

The De-brief, #8 is WP Brandon Key, #30 Jacob Kaup, #9 Cory Shick, and the rest of the fightin" Wildcats.	Coach Chapman and Calallen graduate -- Jordan Chambless, he had his share of no-hitters and one-hitters. Jordan is now an Aggie over at College Station.
The game is saved 6-4, and Connie, his godmother, congratulates Ryan Duke.	Deena Poncik and friend, members of the Power Weight Lifting Team, they worked really hard for their accomplishments.
