The 2007 Calallen Wildcats have arrived-- The San Benito Greyhounds are going down.

The Captains tonight: #5 Captain Jeramie Marek,#76 Captain Andrew Flores, #52 Captain Kevin Mahany and #88 Captain Alan Ford.

#1 Junior Mathew Garza is thrilled that he has scored the first td for the Cats in season 2007.

A high snap for the Greyhounds, Alan Ford pursues and pressures qb Abel Aguirre to fall on the loose football.

A minute later, the Wildcats put the rushing pressure on Aguirre for the second Safety of the game.

Wildcats have the football again, #5 Marek goes in with the play.	Greyhound #59 junior Pete Banda rushes in and tries to get the quarterback.
The Greyhounds punt the football away.	The Cal receiver returns the ball for short yardage.
Later, 1st and 10 for the Greyhounds. They continue to move backward instead of going forward.	The Wildcat's defense is tough. The linemarker shows only a 1 yard gain.
The Wildcats defense holds and Wildcats go on offense. #75 is Colton Parker.
Coach Asa Chambless gives the instruction to the offense team.	A Cat makes a fine catch for a first down.

#88 Alan Ford is down there in the end zone, and The Wildcats have their second safety of the game. Cats 11-0.	The Friday night crowd cheer under their umbrellas on a cool drizzling rain.
The Cats lead 11-0. #7 is Jake Huddleston and #42 is Morgan Cole.	#1 Mathew Garza a speedy runner, returns the kickoff for short yardage.
#7 Jake Huddleston is now the quarterback.	#7 Jake fires a pass.
The football falls incomplete.	The Greyhounds on offense, Cats on defense.
#11 Abel Aguirre is drilled by #9 Kris Guerrero.	Abel doesn't learn,#9 Kris Guerrero drills him again.
Now, they learn run a left sweep and #9 Kris Guerrero chase the runner.	Greyhounds call time-out. #75 is Colton Parker, #13 is Anthony Alcantar.
The Greyhound runner is stopped.
Down the middle goes the runner, Kris is blocked and in pursuit.	Another high snap, and #40 Jordan John makes the tackle.
The Wildcats gets the ball back in fine position to score. Jake calls cadence.	The referee blocks my view, but it was #32 Jared Wyatt who made the touchdown.

Colton Parker stops #31 Celso Saldivar.	Wildcats bouncing off the QB Aguirre. Aguirre is quick and hard to bring down.
Qb Aguirre tries the middle, but Linebacker Kevin Mahany brings him to the turf.	Qb Aguirre passes to his receiver.
The greyhounds were moving the ball in the 3rd Qtr, Kevin Mahany, Justin Cebellos and Colton Parker run to assist.	The Wildcats piled up the middle and stop the run. Colton Parker is hanging on and bringing the runner down.
Greyhounds on the move, Colton Parker checks as QB Aguirre goes in for the touchdown.	Extra point attempted, faked try, going for two, failed as the Wildcat tackle the runner.
Mathew Garza receives the kickoff and is tackled on the opposite of the field.	QB Marek gives the play, #74 Cade Shaw and #3 Bryden McClre listen.

2nd Half here come the Greyhounds.	And here come the Pride and Joy of South Texas.
Captain Jeramie agrees on the option to kick to the Visitors.	Once again, Anthony Cantu drills the pigskin on the kickoff.
The Wildcats intercept the ball, and are in good field position.	Here come qb Marek on the keeper.

Cantu kicks, and the Greyhound receiver waits patiently for the football.	And the wildcats bring the Greyhound down. #21 is Oliver Price.
The Hounds keep trying the middle, Parker and Wildcats keep plugging the middle.	#75 Colton Parker continues to be a pain to the quarterback.
Linebacker Kris Guerrero drops the quarterback for a loss.	A bad snap and the Hounds are moving North when they should be going South.

The drizzling rain helps qb Aguirre hard to stop. Many Wildcats could not bring Aguirre down because of his speed and wet uniform.	The hounds sweep left. Aguirre follows the action. and then a FUMBLE!

The Greyhounds had a good beefy line on both side of the ball.	The beefy line brings the Calallen runner down.

With 8:46 on the time clock, The Wildcats lead 39-13.	The defense gets it done, again.
Qb Vaughan hands off to #3 McClure, and he gets close to a First down. Bryden carried 8 times for 39 yards.	Qb Vaughan fires to one of his receiver. Vaughan completed 3 passes of 6 attempts for 25 yards.
A Hound gets in and forces Vaughan to pass.	It is completed, the receiver is on the opposite side,could be Matt Garza.
About to make a first down and more yards.	Finally,the receiver is out of bounds.
