Kevin Mahany in the 181 weight Class squats 535 lbs. Kevin finished with a total of 1285
lbs and finished in 4th Place. |

Kellen Hastings in the 123 wt. Class had a total of 725 lbs, and good enough for 4th place and a medal.

Ben Flores in the wt. class of 242, helped varsity win the gold. Ben finished 1270 lbs and won 5th place.

Gaby Gaona wins the Silver Medal with a total lift of 875 lbs.

The Varsity Boys team remained undefeated for the season with their fourth team championship.
The Varsity Girls team failed to win for the first time this season.
Port Lavaca is the defending 4A State Champion.
The Sixth Annual Coastal Bend Powerlifting Championships will be held at Calallen HS
on Friday February 16th and Saturday February 17th.
The three boys divisions will be on Friday and the two girls divisions will be on Saturday.
