 Lana Garcia, senior, in 2nd place, last chance to try and to win First Place in her 105 weight Class. The Crowd looks on, they are as quiet as a crowd watching a golfer who is shooting the final shot on the 18th hole. There is suspense. Lana grabs the "Bars Loaded", and lifts slowly, ever so slowly, the heavy bar-bells crawl up, the crowd holds their breath, every muscle and bone are in pain, we know the saying "No Pain, No Gain," finally the weights are at the zenith of their height, shoulders back, chin straight ahead, the judge releases his arm downward. Lana places the loaded bar on the floor. The crowd waits --looking at the three "go (yellow)/no go (red)" lights, The light come on Shining brightly - all three -- yellow! The crowd gives Lana Garcia a thunderous cheer and applause. Lana has come back from behind to captured First Place.
