5,510 Calallen Fans sing the song, "The Eyes of C-town"	Two nice and neat rows of Fightin'Wildcats. They are learning -- hurry-up, so they can wait.
The opponents tonight -- The Number 1 State Rank, Brenham Cubs. Yikes!	You got that right, Ms. Trainer, The Wildcats are number one, and they will prove it this afternoon.
Here comes the Pride and Joy of South Texas. Sam and Justin, toe-to-toe, on the lead.	And out in mid-field the Wildcats and Cubs have a moment to reflect.
The Captains this afternoon are: Captain #51 Paul Flores, Captain #53 Andrew Quillin, and Captain #33 Justin Carbajal.	The Referee blows the whistle, and #86 Josh Rowden drills the pigskin down field.
And just like that, qb Lee fires to his receiver Daniels and Cubs lead 7-0 after 13 seconds on the game. The Cubs fans roar, the Calallen fans are shocked, but they will recover, will be mad, and will cheer even louder for the Mighty Calallen Fightin' Wildcats.	The Wildcats settle down and bear-trap the Cubs, Andrew Quillen, Trey Slusher, Jeff Blankenship, Chance Schneider and Brandon Estes.
The Wildcats were mean, they were tough, the Cub runner's nose was stuffed to the turf. Fine hard tackle by #5 Jeramie and #35 Sean Hoelscher, and Andrew Quillin.	Andrew Quillin and Trey Slusher slam #4 Jarrett Lee to the turf -- ouch!
#5 Jeramie Marek is tackle and the Cub will be penalized as Marek had signal for a fair catch.	Great effort by #41 Bryan Farris.
#42 Jeff Blankenship, #44 Brian Boatright were quick and kept the Cubs to a total of 15 yards rushing in the entire game. Now that is one awesome defense.
Cub #17 Brandon Collins is on top of a Wildcat. #36 Sean Hoelscher checks the action.	The Cubs did a fair job on stopping #3 Kindred McClure.
The Offense line, did a super job in blocking out the Cubs, especially in the 2nd half of the ball game.	The defensive duo of Jeff Blankenship and Andrew Quillin limits the runner to a yard.
Qb Lee fades back to pass, but a great blitz by #35 Sean Hoelscher chase him backwards and tackles him for a Safety, plus a minus fifteen yards for qb Lee. Awesome performance Sean. Wildcats on the scoreboard with 2 points.	7-2 Brenham, and with 7:53 on the game clock, when Big Sean made the Big Tackle on Jarrett.
The Wildcats receive the free kick.
Great reception by #10 Steven Vidaurri.	Kindred McClure, the Cub's defense was zeroing on him.
A great looking play, Ryan Duke to Kindred McClure, missed him by inches. It showed that the Calallen Receivers could get behind the Cubs' secondary.	The Wildcats had to punt, and Trey Slusher punts the football way, fine block by #36 Brandon Estes and #32 Cody Heim.
The Wildcats start this series of plays from the 20 yard line. One Cub mess up big time, not satisfied to kill the ball at the one yard line, let the ball roll to the one inch line, and the nose of the ball touched the goal line. Bad Cub judgement.	The yellow flags come out flying as the Cubs are called for pass interference. Otherwise, Sam O would have been off to the races.
#64 Chance Schneider blitzes and bring the qb Lee for a loss.	I think Jarrett is giving Chance the evil eye. Tough, good sack, Chance Schneider.
Cub #66 Bobby Bush runs down to cover the punt receiver.	Halftime: Santa Claus is here. Calallen gets the gift; they won and will be going to Round Rock to meet Lewisville Hebron Hawks.
How about those National Champions, CHS Top Cats, as they dance to "Jingle Bell Rock."	The Pride of South Texas, the CHS Band, great halftime performance.

Yes sir, I would like my Wildcats to receive the ball." said #53 Captain and senior Andrew Quillin.	Here comes the Pride and Joy of South Texas. #44 Brain Boatright isn't messing around, he outruns everyone.
The game begins in the 3rd quarter, here come McClure, having a slow afternoon.	Calallen Ryan Duke comes out in the 2nd half full of energy, here he gets more yardage than he had in the first half. R-R-R or Run Ryan Run.
#40 Sam Oelschlegel puts the hurt to the Cub, and Ryan Duke runs for a long gain and a First Down in the second half.	2nd and long, the Wildcats stop the Cub. This is an area where either Jeramie or Justin would have made the tackle.
#40 Sam Oelschlegel in a fine try, he slips on the turf, and cannot control the ball.	#35 Sean Hoelscher is opened. The Calallen receivers were finding some open lanes.
The defense was really something to see. The Cubs could not find any running room. Brenham would finished with only 15 yards. Jarrett Lee, the qb, would finish the game with a minus 37 yards.	#5 Jeramie Marek on the punt return. Jeramie had called for the "Fair Catch", and he is bumped and that is an infraction and reason for the yellow flag.
The Wildcats are moving downfield. Ryan Duke is finding his receivers open. #6 Shawn Sullivan makes the tackle.	Ryan Dukes spots #9 Bucky Bryan open, he fires to Bucky, he is on the 15, the 10, 5, touchdown! #41 Bryan Farris gives him a high five. The defender complains it was interference, yes it was but on himself. Touchdown good!
#9 Bucky Bryant jumps on Steven Vidaurri, and gives the clench fist that the Wildcats are #1.	The Cubs are still in the game, and now, they are driving toward their goal.
The Cubs are getting closer to the goal line, but the Wildcats are not breaking.	The Cubs are stopped, and on 4th down, The Cubs go for the fieldgoal, #1 Jason Gore drills the pigskin through the uprights. and the Cubs retake the lead 10-8.
The deep receiving Wildcats are Jeramie and Bucky. Jeramie drops on one knee, and the Wildcats will have the football on their own 20-yd line.	#7 Ryan Duke, again finds the open hole, and he is off and running. Nice block by #40 Sam Oelschlegel. #55 is Nick Hernandez who sprung Ryan loose from the line of scrimmage. This offense is now perking up.
Same play, and the Wildcats are advancing the brown pigskin.	Ryan Duke connects with Bucky Bryant on the 40, the 30, 20, 10...,
Touchdown! Bucky Bryant, his second, a 47 yard td, Cool.	The Wildcats go for the two point conversion, Ryan Duke gets the call, and he scrambles into the end zone -- conversion good!
The referee starts to raise his arms up as the conversion was good. #74 Matt Mendez, a junior, he is playing an awesome game on offense.	The Fightin; Wildcats retake the lead 16-10. We have us a football game.
#86 Josh Rowden drills the pigskins on a low liner through the first line of Cub defenders.	The Cubs stop the Wildcats for no gain. Cubs had a defense, almost as good, as the Wildcats. #52 is junior Drake Taylor, and #10 is Sophomore Lester Ward.
#9 Justin Daniels is tackled, in the first 13 seconds of the game, Justin had his fame, running for a 71 yard touchdown. Now, it was the Wildcats turn to shine in the 4th quarter.	#53 Andrew Quillin drills his second sack of #4 Jarrett Lee. The Wildcats sacked Lee 4 times this afternoon. All season, Lee was sack only 6 times.
The Wildcats defense continue to control qb Lee and the Cubs. The Wildcats would get the ball on the 17-yard line.	#9 Bucky Bryant is open on the seventeen yard line, the 20, the 30, 40, 50...,
The 40, "Hi Fellas," the 30...,	the 25, 20, The Cub Fans are in denial, some don't want to look at Bucky, 15, 10...,
5, touchdown! an 83-yard touchdown galloped by #9 Senior Bucky Bryant. And this run, the Brenham Cubs could see the writing on the wall. And it wasn't their sign they had on their side of the fense "CREAM CALALLEN.'" Why of all the nerve.	Coach Danaher knows he can demoralized the Cubs by going for a 2-pt conversion. He gives the signal.
And again, the qb Ryan Duke gets his number called, and he obliges by scoring the two points.	This has to be a shocker to the Brenham Fans, to see, the weak Region IV Champion kicking the Fans "State Champion" team in the shins, score 24-10. Wow!
And the Calallen Cheerleaders do their 24 flips, one flip for each point.	The Calallen Fans love it! 5,200 Fans cheering on our side of the field.
The Wildcats helmet up, ready for more action, they know they have the momentum on their side, and they are not about to let it go the other way, Plus the Wildcats know, Lee scored 4 touchdown in coming back to defeat La Marque the previous week, the ball game is not over yet.	Wildcats lead 30-10, a score that will shock Texas Football Fans. Brenham is number 1, and had already wrapped up the State Title last week -- they had bragged in Region III when they beat La Marque. Season is not over, anything can go wrong on any given day
The Dynamic Duo, Jeramie and Ben get 'er done. Wildcats 31-10 Wow!	A five yard penalty against the Wildcat nullifies the extra-point, so the dynamic duo, drills it through the uprights for the second time. This time it counts. Calallen 31-10.
Ryan Duke is getting to be an expert in running out the clock. Ryan heard about qb Lee's comeback against La Marque last week.	The best defense in the playoffs, complements the best offense in the playoffs.
The Wildcats try for the first down, but where the referee is standing, it is not a first down.
The crowd is happy, some high fives were seen going around.	Games over, Meet the new number one team in Texas. They earned it this afternoon, by knocking the Brenham Cubs from the playoffs.
One happy lad, Chance had one solo on qb Lee, and his Mom.	A fine game, and the traditional handshake. It was a good game, but it was the Wildcats' game in the 2nd half.
Coach Danaher gets congratulated by Mr. Adame.	Tears of joy, Brittnay is so happy for her dad, Coach Danaher, and that finally he is cleared that Monkey on his back that he can't beat Region III. Well, we are moving on, and Brenham is done for the year. Cool!
A wet coach Danaher is very happy for his team. And the team is happy for the victory #312 for Coach Danaher. One more Victory will have him tied in 3rd place for the Most Winningest Coach in the Texas list. Wildcats Win One for the Skipper! You are number 1.
